Sony licenses Vivox voice technology for use in games & virtual worlds
Sony have Sony licensed Vivox voice technology for use in all Sony games and for other online features such as virtual worlds. Vivox uses VoIP to offer digital features in virtual worlds such as changing voices to fit character likenesses and making them spatially aware. The technology also has offline features that allow players to receive messages from friends while inside a game.
