Now this is what i call customer support. If they dont go broke id be buying from them everytime in the future (if i lived in Japan that it)
Japanese reatiler exchanging HD DVD players for Blu-ray players!
Japanese retailer Edion is apparently so ashamed that it sold its customers HD DVD players that it is allowing customers to trade them for a Blu-ray player. Sound too good to be true? It gets better. If the Blu-ray player they wish to trade for is cheaper they’ll get a refund of the difference, but if it is more expensive, customers will need to pay the extra. The retailer says it is offering the trade-in as “[HD DVD] customers can no longer use their purchases properly.”
